The my budget 2011 template totals up all your expenses and income and calculates your net as income minus expenses. If your final net is negative, that means you have less funds and have overspent your monthly fund. Make confident that you have account for everything you pay out, even if you do not find a specific column on the budget template, add those expenses items to “other” or add a new column that full fill your needs.
